Do I have to purchase the entire kitchen or can I purchase only the cabinetry or only the appliances from Dwyer?
We offer a single-source warranty when the entire kitchen is purchased, but cabinetry and appliances can be purchased separately. View our cabinets and appliances pages and contact a representative for more information.

Does the kitchen ship as a one-piece unit?
No, Dwyer Kitchens are shipped in components, allowing units to be easily unloaded and moved between floors within the building, even without the access of a freight elevator.
Cabinetry comes fully assembled and ready for installation. The only assembly required will be door hardware, change of refrigerator door swing, if necessary and refrigerator trim kit, if ordered.

Is there a single power-supply for the entire kitchen?
No, each appliance is completely removable and will have its own separate electrical supply, allowing for ease in maintenance or replacement of the appliance.

Are any products stocked? What are product lead-times?
All cabinets/kitchens are built to order enabling you to choose the materials, styles and colors of your choice. Production lead-times will vary based on materials and finishes selected and production schedules. Typical lead-times are listed below:

How will I know when my shipment will arrive?
After the order is processed you will receive an order acknowledgement stating an estimated ship date for your product. To estimate delivery date, add 2-7 business days for the truck line transit time. You will receive a shipment notice the day after the shipment leaves the factory and receive a call 24 hours prior to delivery from the carrier.

What does tailgate delivery mean?
This means you are responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck. Your shipping address must be accessible by the delivery truck and you must be present at time of delivery.

Can I expedite my order?
Expedited and overnight transport (to some locations) are available at additional costs. Ask your sales representative when placing your order, or if the order has been placed, you may change the shipment method directly through our Customer Service department at 1-800-348-8508 x328. Depending on production schedules and volume, we can also try to expedite production of your order. Contact your sales representative for more information.

Can I get parts for my older Dwyer Kitchen unit?
Many parts are still available for older units. Please see our Parts Catalog on our website or call our Customer Service department at 1-800-348-8508 x328 to check availability. Please have your model number and serial number ready when you place the call. Parts for refrigerator models R-19 and P-91 are no longer available.
