"I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how pleased we are with the quality, durability and aesthetics of the stainless steel nourishment stations we purchased from you. We are especially happy with the modular flexibility of your designs that allows us to replace cabinets or appliances whenever it is required.
Thanks to everyone at Dwyer for all their help."

"I would like to thank you along with Dwyer Kitchens for the service and support you have provided throughout this project. When the sale was made and the purchase order signed, Dwyer didn't wash their hands and say "Thank you, good luck and see you later". Instead, you guys were there to make sure your product was a success throughout the entire project. I knew if I had a problem, I could call for help and as you know, this job seemed to have it's fair share of problems. There were times when I was actually expecting to be told, "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do", but instead, you were eager to help. Even when there was one problem with a product supplied by one of your vendors, you made sure it got corrected. One example I would like to mention is when we had the problem with the sinks being bowed and there wasn't enough clearance for the anchor clips to be installed. Even though your sink supplier took the stand that this bow was normal, you guys flew one of your engineers to the job site, to help come up with a solution, and ultimately took the sinks back and remedied the problem yourselves. That in it self speaks for the commitment Dwyer has for customer satisfaction.
In working with Dwyer, I have no doubt that Dwyer's philosophy includes good relationships with its customer and a commitment to provide a quality product for the end user.
It has been a pleasure working with Mitch, Albert, Shelley and especially you Nicole. Thanks tou you I still have hair. Again thank you Dwyer Kitchen for your help in making this project a success. I look forward to working with you on future projects."

Just a note to tell you how much we appreciate the 23 dwyer steel framed replacement bathroom vanities installed in our Reed Manor A-Building senior mid-rise under a capital fund grant program. They are attractive and durable! One senior resident exclaimed she just loves it. It's much easier to get into and more spacious with the swing doors rather than the old sliders they had before. Again, thanks for a great product.

I appreciate all of the attentive, hard work that you and the rest of the Dwyer team provided to us over a two year span while completing a two phase kitchen remodel project on our public housing properties. The entire process from seeing the cabinets first hand, choosing the right product for our needs, selecting the style and color as well as delivery went smoothly. When we did run into an issue during installation, Dwyer responded and resolved quickly.
Dwyer has earned our trust. The entire team was easy to work with, communicated well and kept our projects on schedule. We and our residents are very pleased with the new kitchen cabinets. They look amazing and we have received countless wonderful comments about them.
I look forward to working with Dwyer on any future needs as I trust you will continue to deliver a high quality product and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything!

"As a primary contractor for the Navy Lodge program and other national clients, having dependable suppliers is critical. Dwyer has earned our confidence by consistently delivering on time, on spec and on budget. Furthermore, when there have been issues on the job site, Dwyer has always been quick to respond and to resolve outstanding issues.
As an added bonus, their people always make certain we are creating practical kitchens that not only stand up to heavy use, but our clients’ guests will find attractive. We have installed hundreds of Dwyer kitchens in multiple locations over the years, and we will continue to recommend our clients install Dwyer in both renovation and new construction projects."

I wanted to send a quick note to let you know how happy we are with the Dwyer Kitchens here at the Ford Island Navy Lodge. We have 150 kitchens in the lodge which were installed in early 2003. The Navy lodge Program renovated the historic building 78 back to its prewar glory. Orginally built in 1941, it was used as an emergency medical treatment center after the attack on Pearl Harbor. It is now a Pearl harbor National Historic Landmark and 2005 Carlson Award winning lodge.
The kitchens are durable, easy to maintain and still look like new. I should also point out that Shelley in customer service has always responded quickly when we needed parts or instructions.
Also, thank you for Dwyer's recent visit to the lodge. Your continued support is greatly appreciated.

As project manager for a Design-Build contractor, I have had the pleasure of working with Dwyer Kitchens in both design and material procurement on several Army Lodging Renovation Projects. Dwyer Kitchen’s outstanding product quality has become the United States Army Lodging standard in the effort to upgrade and standardize all their Lodging for our nation’s warfighters. Upfront in the design, Dwyer Kitchen fully understands the cooperative and teaming environment amongst all the shareholders in a Design-Build project and is very proactive to anticipate the customer’s needs and desires. Their products are delivered on time and to the quality expectation of the end user. I have been most impressed with their post construction efforts and follow-up. Dwyer Kitchens truly understands their customer’s requirements and they continuously strive to meets and exceed their customer’s expectations.

As Chief ofPolice for the City ofTwinsburg, I would like to commend Dwyer Kitchens
for their product and service.
In 1975 Dwyer Kitchens was chosen to be the provider ofa mini kitchen for the Police
Department Lunch room, and for the next twenty-five years the unit served the needs of e
growing department well. In 2001 it was decided that the unit had to be replaced with a
more modern upgrade and once again we turned to Dwyer for assistance.
The sales staff and personnel of Dwyer once again came through with guidance and
suggestions that resulted in a new unit that will serve this department for years to come.
When the new unit arrived the instructions for installation were clear concise and enabled
our in house service personnel to install the unit with a minimum ofdisruption in service
for the officers and personnel ofthe Twinsburg Police Department.
Thank you for a great product and a dedicated service staff.
Sincerely,
Richard H. Deal

Gentlemen: I couldn't believe it when my son found your name on the internet. I just
wanted you to know that my husband and I bought five of your kitchen cabinets that closed and locked. We never locked them because we built a "family" motel, and we totally equipped all the rooms with supplies that were needed in 1956!
In all that time not one repair was ever needed - and they are still continuously in
operation. My husband designed and built our property with our living quarters on the second floor in the back of the building. We moved there from a tourist home that inspired us- at the front of thelot.
Later we added an apartment over the office. Our daughter and son-in-law bought the
motel in 1974 and they now have it up for sale because they are ready to retire. I just wanted to complement a company that builds a quality product.
Sincerely,
Eleanor O. Smith
