ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Shipped product can not be cancelled or returned.
Orders which have been confirmed by purchase order, signed proposal and/or deposit but not shipped can be cancelled, however order cancellation fees apply.
The cancellation fee for orders which have been accepted will be a minimum of $150.00 and up to 100% of the selling price of the accepted order. The fees cover administrative costs, engineering costs, work in progress, and raw materials.
