Orders must be paid for in full before production will be started.
Prices listed online exclude sales tax and freight. Sales tax is calculated at the local rate of the ship to address. Freight is calculated based on your location and the size of your order, with shipment origin Wood Dale, Illinois. Sales tax and exact freight charges will be added to you order.
Payment by credit card, check, or money order is acceptable.
